I strive to empower individuals with a sense of awareness and resilience to revolutionize their journey to health while attaining their specific goals. My approach is to work together with you to elicit a greater mind-body connection, strengthen your foundation, and develop your power to level up how you feel and perform. In a continually evolving fitness industry, I am committed to establish a modern educational program around holistic wellness, functional exercise, and sustainable nutrition to guide you in taking control of your health.

I grew up in an active and health conscious Midwest household, where sports played an integral role in developing my fascination for what our bodies and minds are capable of. I prioritized this passion by going to Marquette University and earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology. During my college experience, I mentored young kids in fitness programs as well as manage the Track & Field team to motivate and spread the wealth of movement. I have since applied my knowledge of biomechanics and the physiological effects of intentional movement and mindful nutrition to empower those looking to transform their fitness.

I became more and more motivated to immerse myself into fitness culture, drawing me to DIAKADI. I worked as an intern to learn the nuances and intricacies of the fitness business in San Francisco. The revolutionary wellness culture with the best of the best trainers motivated me to conquer my own health by experimenting with different training modalities and nutrition routines. I found my passions in Olympic style lifting, Kettlebell training, strength training, tennis specific conditioning, and a sustainable, nutrient dense diet.

Aurora is the friggin' best. She's super hands-on and focused in all of our sessions, super attentive to my personal fitness goals, and great at both pushing me to go harder and push my limits or dial things back.
